Do you bake only gluten-free products?
Yes, all our products are completely gluten-free.
How do I know which products are vegan?
In both our bakeries and on our website, the abbreviation "VG" marks vegan products. If you're unsure, ask our staff or email us at hello@betterbread.lv.
What gluten-free flours do you use?
We currently use organic almond, oat, quinoa, corn, buckwheat, brown rice, and sorghum flours in our recipes.
What allergens are used in your bakery?
Our bakery also makes products that contain dairy, eggs, and nuts.
What natural sugar alternatives do you use?
To add a touch of sweetness, we use carefully selected coconut sugar, unrefined cane sugar, maple syrup, luscious dates, and dried apricots.
What is the shelf-life of your products?

Short but delightful! Our products are all-natural, gluten-free, and free from any preservatives or additives that would prolong their shelf life. We suggest enjoying them fresh or keeping them in a sealed container in the fridge for X-X days.

How is your pricing policy formed?

People often ask us, “Why such a price?” The answer lies in quality. We carefully select raw materials, which are sourced not only from local farms but also from various countries abroad. It is also important to us that all raw materials are of the highest quality and have BIO certifications to ensure we provide you with a natural and healthy product.

Do you serve breakfast?

We do not serve traditional breakfasts, but every morning, we bake fresh pastries to delight you. You can always start your day with our sweet treats or grab a freshly made sandwich or pizza for a satisfying breakfast option. Freshness and quality are at the heart of everything we prepare!
